I am currently studying for a Bachelor in Information Technology at Texas College of Management, affiliated with Lincoln University. My professional work is focused on SEO, digital marketing and content, so studying IT gives me a useful technical foundation alongside the work I already do with websites. It helps me understand that a website is not only a collection of pages and content; it is also a technical system with structure, code, performance, data and user-facing behavior.
SEO often involves questions that sit between marketing and technology. A content issue may also be a template issue. A crawling problem may be connected to page structure. Metadata can be managed manually on a small site but may require a more systematic approach as a website grows. Studying IT helps me become more comfortable with these technical concepts and makes it easier for me to communicate with developers when SEO work depends on implementation.
My education runs alongside practical work. Since May 2023, I have worked with websites through Alpine Club of Himalaya, Auto X Nepal and GuideMeet.com. Those roles give me real examples of how websites are managed, how content is published and how SEO decisions affect day-to-day operations. The academic side gives me a structured way to learn technology, while the professional side gives me situations where that knowledge can become useful.
Before beginning my bachelor’s degree, I completed Grade 12 at V.S. Niketan in Tinkune, Kathmandu. I keep this page focused on the education that is most relevant to my current professional direction. My goal is not to list every stage of schooling, but to show the academic path that supports what I am doing now: building stronger knowledge of technology while continuing to work in SEO, content and digital marketing.
My degree is still in progress, so I keep the education section factual rather than presenting unfinished study as completed expertise. The most useful part for me is the overlap between coursework and the websites I manage professionally. As I progress through the program, I want to strengthen the technical knowledge that directly supports better SEO decisions, cleaner website management and more confident collaboration on digital projects.
